Got to love this headline… A lovely weekend weather wise and the headline says as much. But typically it follows with a negative suggestion that ‘grey skies are coming’.
So after a fabulous weekend we are influence by this headline to think that grey skies are BAD. we’re heading into winter in the UK, the clocks will change soon (watch out of the usual moaning and negative headlines around that).
So should I now be miserable for the rest of the winter as these ‘grey skies’ come in?
I know it is easy to feel happy when the sun shines and it’s warm but what makes grey skies bad?
We can’t change the weather so I’m choosing to be happy and about the weather no matter what and focus on what I can do to be happy rather than be influences to be negative about it.

Good post dude but lets temper things with a bit of realism here. So the skys are grey, so what?? Makes you apresiate the sun more. Man, it’s like ying/yang, both complemennt the whole. Positive can’t exist witout the negativ, there is no hope without dispair and life would be meangless witout death.
Fer instance, take a battery. With 2 positive terminals, its a dud, zip power so to get vital energy, you have to have a + and a -. You getting my drift here? We gotta have neg in life too otherwise we’d be flat duds just like tht battery.

Hey Bobby
Thanks for the comment. I agree with your post especially with ying/yang. one thing that I love doing with my clients though is seeing how they can take advantage of situations.
The only thing that makes anything good or bad is how we think about it. And it is really easy to think negative thoughts about any experience and so much harder to think positive thoughts about them.
Being human though, we can give it a damn good go and enjoy what time we have on this planet 🙂
